  • Aftercare, Service & Maintenance Project Manager (Office based)

    Are you an experienced project manager with a background in HVAC? Do you want to join our growing team of experts and deliver high-quality projects across the UK? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Service and Maintenance team.

    As an Aftercare, Service & Maintenance Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering multiple small projects nationally from our office in Warrington, Cheshire, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will also be involved in liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as supervising and supporting the site teams.

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • At least 6 years of industry experience in HVAC.

    • A HNC in building services or equivalent qualifications, but not essential.

    • A valid UK driving licence and the willingness to travel to different sites as required.

    • Excellent IT skills for planning and communication, including MS Office.

    • An SSSTS certificate as a minimum and preferably IOSH and NEBOSH certificates as well.

    • A high level of motivation, enthusiasm and client-facing skills, with good knowledge of building services and delivery of projects.

    • The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Mobile Multi-skilled Commercial Gas Engineer (Based in North West London)

    Are you a qualified and experienced Mobile Multi-skilled Commercial Gas Engineer with a passion for mechanical and electrical building services? Do you want to work as part of our Service and Maintenance team and contribute to our success? Based in North West London, you will be part of a team working mainly around London and surrounding areas.

    As a Mobile Multi-skilled Commercial Gas Engineer, you will:

    • work as part of a team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance within Education and Healthcare buildings.

    • be part of a large mechanical and electrical multi-skilled mobile service team.

    • be able to work in a team environment and on your own initiative.

    • have experience working in plantrooms and on various building services plant and systems.

    Role requirements:

    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the mechanical and electrical building services engineering industry (commercial buildings).

    • ACS gas qualifications.

    • Gas Safe registered.

    • LPG qualifications (preferred).

    • F-Gas qualifications (preferred).

    • Plumbing and Heating qualifications - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

    • Preferred Electrical qualifications – NICEIC certification (18th Edition, etc.).

    • A driving licence and the willingness to travel to different sites as required.

    • Ability to read and understand building services drawings.

    • Basic I.T. skills.

    • Occasional ‘working away’ is required - this would be with plenty of advance notice and all expenses paid.

    • Good and concise communication customer service skills.

    • Successful Enhanced DBS check and certificate (after starting employment).

    • Ability to meet tight programs.

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

    • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Electrical Engineer (Office based)

    Are you a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for building services? Do you want to join our growing team of experts, work on various sized projects across the UK and contribute to our success? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for our electrical engineering team.

    As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

    • Estimating electrical services packages, assisting with wider design and delivery of projects.

    • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, codes and regulations.

    • Coordinating with other engineers, architects, contractors and clients.

    • Conducting site visits and surveys, plus preparing reports and documentation.

    • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that may arise.

    • A HNC in building services or equivalent qualification.

    • Excellent knowledge of electrical design software and tools.

  • Apprentice Building Services Engineering Technician (Office based)

    Do you have a passion for building services and want to start a rewarding career in this industry? Are you eager to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in mechanical and electrical engineering? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for our apprenticeship programme.

    As an Apprentice Building Services Engineering Technician, you will join our business and help us deliver high-quality projects for our clients, covering various aspects of building services design, estimation and project management.

    You will be based at our office in Warrington, Cheshire. You will attend college one day a week and achieve qualifications up to HNC level and beyond.
